A Love Letter to BROOKS

June 19, 2015 by Cris 14 Comments

A Love Letter to BROOKS
All eyez on “YOU”, my love!

So our story goes like that …

“The moment I saw you, I knew I would not resist you. But how could I, when you are so beautiful, so enjoyable, yet so different …

A Love Letter to BROOKS
I instantly decided to grab this chance and try you out …

A Love Letter to BROOKS41
“Only for the run”, she said to me. As cruel as it sounded at the time, I agreed just so I can be with you for a minute …

A Love Letter to BROOKS
And that’s how it all started … just you and me for the next hour and so …

A Love Letter to BROOKS
A Love Letter to BROOKS
At first, I was confused … you were making me so happy right from the start … it hasn’t happened to me before …

A Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKS
So I said to myself that must be the one … the love I was looking for all along ….

A Love Letter to BROOKS
A Love Letter to BROOKS
You wanna know how long? 8 YEARS!

A Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKS
The next hour we merged … so beautifully … It might sound unreal, but you helped me run like the wind …

A Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKS
Expanding my horizons and prove me wrong … and that is truly priceless!

A Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKSA Love Letter to BROOKS
YES, I had so much fun … an AMAZING time!

A Love Letter to BROOKS
Thank you, love! I will never forget you … that FIRST experience I mean …

A Love Letter to BROOKS
Just so you know, I will look for you … and when that day comes, I know we could WIN!!!”

Simplicity. Enjoyable. Fast. So beautiful. You are all I want!

I fell in love with Brooks running shoes – Model Launch 2 … and there is no way back from here!

Thank you, Brooks Run Happy Tour Germany for all those beautiful pictures and so much fun! I will see you next year … AGAIN! 🙂

Disclaimer: To be clear, this story is not sponsored. They actually sent me to the Brooks stores. It’s a genuine classic love!
With LOVE1

Hahaha! :))) Juliette & Romeo. I am not sure which one are you, but doesn’t matter that much. Importantly is that’s quite a story here.

Cool stuff! I live in Berlin and might as well try the 42k too. Have to think about it.

Hey Dana, I meant 8 years of regular running, but you’re right, I fell in love with BROOKS. And NOW, I can’t go back to anything else. Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m still “fit-in-progress” (you know like ‘work in progress’), but I no longer complain. As I said to you earlier on your blog, I try to stop the negative talk about my body and try to embrace my qualities and love myself the way I am instead. Wish you a beautiful week! Xoxo
