Hello friends!
Welcome to Cook It Fit. Since June 2014, this blog has been the place for me to inspire, and support you to make healthy lifestyle changes that last – sharing simple, delicious recipes and tips tips on how to make healthy choices every day.
According to recent research by the National Institute of Health, 27% of people gained weight during the lockdown. People are working a lot, sleeping less, eating more, and feeling stressed – and this can lead to severe health complications.
You have the power to make things happen in 2021. And you don’t need to make huge changes to eat healthier. You don’t have to change your habits all at the same time. It’s best to set small goals and change your habits a little bit at a time. Over time, small changes can make a big difference in your health.
If you want to learn how to change your eating habits for the better, you’ve come to the right place.
How it all started
Back in 2011, I decided to learn more about how I could get healthier and fit, therefore I followed my first course about nutrition & fitness at the Romanian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness in Bucharest, Romania
As my relationship with food improved and seeing health changes in myself over the years, in 2014 I started this blog to share my incredible journey to a healthier life, and the amazing transformation that real food and staying active can make in our lives.
Healthy habits are not about strict diets or, even worse, depriving yourself of the foods you love. Eating healthy is all about eating smart. Feeling great. Having more energy. Having more time for your hobbies. Improving your health. Making your life much simpler and happier.
My education
I am a passionate marketer by day, and a PN certified nutrition coach.
Thank you so much for reading!
Stay healthy & be happy, Cris
