Hummus & Black Lentil Tacos with Kohlrabi SaladI’m going to be straightforward: I LOVE TACOS! There is never a bad day for tacos if you ask me. Plus, they rank up there with burgers (don’t do burgers that often, though) and wok noodles (here is one of my favorite recipes Spicy Chicken Wok Noodles) for their versatility, and rightly so. Summer came back to Düsseldorf and I am SO happy. Life and people seem easier to deal with when the sun is shining.

I am also in the mood of eating tons of fruit all day long and very simple meals (fast to prepare too) like today’s salad. Now imagine the buttery black lentils combined with the hearty white quinoa how it goes. Avocado lends a lovely, buttery flavor and fresh oregano makes this salad look and taste alive.
