Fruity Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • ¼ avocado (and yes, avocado is a fruit)
  • ¼ mango
  • a splash of lemon juice
Instructions
  1. For this recipe you don’t need to stress yourself out for cooking the perfect hard-boiled eggs, which can take up to 15 minutes. Simply put the eggs in a saucepan, cover them by at least an inch or two of cold water and bring them to a boil. Let them cook for approximately 7 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the fruit paste, by mixing the avocado, mango and squeezed fresh lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Once the eggs are cooled, simply peel and cut them in half, remove the boiled egg’s yolk and arrange them on a plate. Add the yolk to the fruit paste by mixing them all with a stab mixer until the paste is smooth. Pour the fruits paste on top and serve them next to a couple of crackers, preferably multi-grain. (I personally like to eat them with fresh celery sticks).
  4. Enjoy them!
