Roggenbrot Sandwiches with Salmon & Turkey Breast

  • 4 slices of dark rye bread, toasted
  • ¼ avocado
  • 20 gr Brie cheese
  • 4 slices of turkey breast
  • 100 gr smoked salmon
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of raw unsalted sunflower seeds
  • a handful of fresh basil

I chose those ingredients because I simply have them on a regular basis, but you can replace them with your favorite choice.

Get creative, use the ingredients you have at hand but make sure you "cook it fit".
