5-Minute Power Parfait

  • - 150 g Greek yogurt
  • - a handful of blueberries
  • - 5 strawberries, sliced
  • - 3 walnuts
  • - 1 tsp chia seeds
  • - 1 tsp honey
  1. Divide and layer yogurt and soy flakes into your favorite bowl/glass and top with strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, and chia seeds. Et VoilĂ , ready in less than 5 minutes.
Get creative, use whatever you have at hand and "cook it fit".
