By the way, how is your “running process” going on? Are you loving it? Because I really hope you’re also running for fun. The Portuguese have this proverb that I absolutely love – “Quem corre porgosto, não cansa”, which means that “Who runs for pleasure, never tires”.
Today I give you another piece of my mind – When people make FUN of you (because you go running), let them make fun and imagine that the pavement is their face. Stomp hard, laugh harder and continue to have fun while running.
And NEVER forget that you’re the winner because you are going to:
1. Visit the doctor less
2. Save some cash
3. Make new friends
4. Eat MORE carbs (pasta party!)
5. Boost memory
6. Get a natural glow
7. Improve self-esteem
8. Look younger
9. Keep high blood pressure at bay
