The Brooks Run Happy Tour is coming to Düsseldorf on June 15 and I’ll be there, too. What I love about this race is that there are NO rules. NO entry fee. NO timing. NO registration required! There is only one goal: RUN HAPPY – together. :) I’m loving it!

Before I forget, there is one more thing worth mentioning. The first 100 participants at each event will receive a Brooks Run Happy t-shirt for free. Let’s see If I can make it on time. Tell you all about next Tuesday.
So this coming week my training will focus on running as often as possible. This week’s training plan looks something like that:
Monday: Evening BODY PUMP class
Tuesday (I mean today): Evening RUN – at least 15 km
Wednesday: Recovery DAY
Thursday: Early morning easy-recovery RUN
Friday: Afternoon BODY PUMP class
Saturday: Maybe an early morning SWIM
Sunday: Early morning RUN and bike ride for fun
If anyone hates routine, then that’s me. But when it comes to working out, I must admit that I love it, hands down. :)
