How to Stay Sane While Injured Hi, everyone! As I shouldn’t be forcing my right hand doing things that could aggravate the injury even more but still wanted you to know and understand my current situation, I’am going to keep today’s post very very short.

Okay, long story short: three nights ago I got hit by a car while riding my bike on the way back home. The bright side of the darkness story is that I got away only with a broken wrist.

What does this mean to me? Being injured in the middle of a big training block, I’m telling you it HURTS. It basically is a huge pain to have to take between 4 to 6 weeks off from running….
