This crumble is so healthy and awesome as it’s made of rolled oats, seeds (chia seeds and flax seeds), blackberries, Greek yoghurt and dark chocolate. It’ really one of those strange recipes that simply works – the blackberries soften and sweeten while the oatmeal combined with dark chocolate go hand in hand.
I chose to use blackberries in my recipe for today as they are making their way into all the grocery shops and local farmer’s markets.
