Healthy but super delicious flour free pancakes topped with lots of fresh berries, a splash of Greek yoghurt and a tiny touch of honey. I’d say the perfect treat on the weekends.
In terms of my training week, even though the weather hasn’t been changed that much (still cold ish), I’ve had a better one: a sweaty BODYPUMP class and one loooong outdoor run, which is, by the way, one of my favorite things ever.
I for one love running so much for tons of reasons. Besides the fact that it’s so easy and accessible (it costs you nothing and you can do it everyday without any effort), I get so much energy, mental strength and self-confidence….
