If you’re looking for a delicious, easy-to-make noodle/spaghetti (you name it) and very fast recipe to add to your weekly recipes rotation, you gotta try this chili noodles with zucchini and parmesan in a garlic sun-dried tomatoes sauce. And it requires literally 15 minutes to get it done so you don’t have to waste the rest of the night in the kitchen (Btw, I hate doing that!).
I bet that’s one of the lightest versions of mac and cheeses you can find on the internet. And it’s also a great way to sneak in some veggies just so you can feel guilty free.
