Toasted Hazelnuts & Dark Chocolate Granola

December 15, 2016 by Cris 1 Comment

Sweet and nutty toasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate granola: Breakfast? Dessert? Delicious Snack? Say Goodbye bags of overpriced, overly sweet, store-bought granola, too.

Toasted-Hazelnuts-Dark-Chocolate-Granola-1Hey friends! This hazelnut, dark chocolate granola came to life through my never-ending granola experiment. 5-Ingredient Chili Noodles with Zucchini and Parmesan

November 24, 2016 by Cris Leave a Comment

If you’re looking for a delicious, easy-to-make noodle/spaghetti (you name it) and very fast recipe to add to your weekly recipes rotation, you gotta try this chili noodles with zucchini and parmesan in a garlic sun-dried tomatoes sauce. And it requires literally 15 minutes to get it done so you don’t have to waste the rest of the night in the kitchen (Btw, I hate doing that!).

5-Ingredient-Chili-Noodles-with-Zucchini-and-Parmesan-12The mix of all flavors is so delicious that you will be tempted to eat it right out of the pan. Go ahead. I did that, too….

Late Summer Salad with Spicy Shrimps

September 6, 2016 by Cris Leave a Comment

Hello Summer Salad (I know I am late to the party)! Hello to you too! 😉

Late Summer Salad with Spicy ShrimpsI love summer salads as they’re packed with baby lettuce (you can also use fresh baby spinach), buttery avocado, green onions, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes. Moreover, this summer salad served with couscous and spicy shrimps calls for a perfect fast-to-make dinner (10 minutes to get it done) – light enough not to knock you down quickly, but spiced enough to awaken your appetite and so much more. 😉 …
