5-Ingredient Chili Noodles with Zucchini and Parmesan

November 24, 2016 by Cris Leave a Comment

If you’re looking for a delicious, easy-to-make noodle/spaghetti (you name it) and very fast recipe to add to your weekly recipes rotation, you gotta try this chili noodles with zucchini and parmesan in a garlic sun-dried tomatoes sauce. And it requires literally 15 minutes to get it done so you don’t have to waste the rest of the night in the kitchen (Btw, I hate doing that!).

5-Ingredient-Chili-Noodles-with-Zucchini-and-Parmesan-12The mix of all flavors is so delicious that you will be tempted to eat it right out of the pan. Go ahead. I did that, too….

Kidney Bean and Beef BBQ Burgers

September 12, 2015 by Cris 2 Comments

Holy YUM!!! Now that’s what I am calling a super delicious dose of protein. 🙂

Kidney Bean and Beef BBQ Burgers

Sometimes I also ask myself (you’re not the only one!) – How come I am not normal – however, I always end up finding myself the perfect excuse that we are all different and what means normal, anyway??? :)) And on top of that I am not following any trend in terms of food choices. If my body wants one or two juicy beef burgers, he is going to get it/them. That’s how it works, especially when you run at least 60 km a week, in my opinion!…

3 Ingredient Salad

February 25, 2015 by Cris 5 Comments

Say HELLO to this vegan chickpea salad with broccoli and brussels sprouts and see how they come together beautifully to make an unforgettable experience.

3 Ingredient Salad
Beautiful people, meet this great 3-Ingredient Salad (I obviously meant the 3 key ingredients). This green beauty is a refreshing vegan dish that packs a punch with a zesty dressing made out of lemon and red chili flakes balanced by the smooth taste of olive oil.

With only broccoli, brussels sprouts and chickpeas this is a healthy dish, high in protein, that will keep you energized for hours. Oh yeah! And it takes less than 10 minutes of your precious time go get it done….
