Let’s be honest, after so many weeks filled with too much of everything like cookies, cake and wine, we all need, at least this month, a few healthy recipes to kick off 2015. However, I do believe that our food choices need to be filling or it will only be a matter of weeks until we’re back to eating like it’s the end of the year.
